Service and operator

Menudora is operated by Menudora. It is a hosted tool for creating, exporting and publishing restaurant menus. It does not provide ordering, payment collection for restaurant customers, inventory or food-safety certification.

Your account and content

You are responsible for account security and for content you enter, upload or publish. You must have the right to use logos, images and text you provide. You remain responsible for prices, descriptions, dietary labels, allergen statements and any legally required menu disclosures. Menudora does not infer that a dish is safe for an allergy.

Subscriptions and payment

The displayed monthly or annual plan renews automatically until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, invoices and payment methods. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law or Paddle's terms require otherwise.

Refund requests are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer rights. An approved full refund ends access to the refunded subscription.

Published and downloaded outputs

Republishing updates the mobile menu at its stable URL. PDF and social files are static downloads: previously printed, downloaded or posted copies do not update automatically and must be replaced by you.

Availability and acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its security, publish unlawful content or interfere with other accounts. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address nonpayment or abuse. Maintenance and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
